How you'll learn

The Adaptiv Methodology.

You learn by shipping. AI is your tool, real teams are your classroom, and every project has someone waiting for the outcome.

01
Days 1–30 · Foundations

Learn the craft.

Structured, dense, and fast. You cover the fundamentals of your track plus the advanced material most programs save for year two — taught by practitioners, tested daily, and paced so nobody hides at the back of the room.

02
Days 31–70 · The working group

Join a working team.

You're placed inside a small working group solving a real brief — a partner studio's product, an internal Adaptiv tool, a live client problem. No simulations. Deadlines are real, stakeholders are real, and the code or design you ship gets used.

03
Days 71–90 · Demo day

Launch a product.

The working group ends and you go solo: scope, build and ship something of your own, then defend it in front of a room of mentors, employers and investors — exactly how a founder raises a first round.

Four principles, no exceptions.

Principle 01
Live projects, not case studies

Every brief has a real stakeholder waiting on the outcome.

Principle 02
AI-native from day one

You learn to direct AI as a collaborator, not lean on it to skip the thinking.

Principle 03
Ownership over instruction

Mentors set direction; you make the calls and own the outcome.

Principle 04
Pitch like a founder

Every cohort ends the way a startup does — in front of people who can say yes.
