These Terms & Conditions govern your application to, admission to, and participation in the programmes offered by The Adaptiv School (“the School”, “we”, “us”), a project of Adaptiv. By applying, paying any fee, or enrolling, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
Admission is by entrance exam. The exam fee holds your assessment slot and is separate from tuition. Places are limited and offered at our discretion on the basis of exam performance. An offer of a place does not create any employment relationship and may be subject to conditions stated at the time of the offer.
The course fee is ₹90,000, payable in two parts: ₹45,000 to hold your seat at enrolment, and the remaining ₹45,000 collected only after you are placed, as described in the placement guarantee below. The entrance exam fee (₹500) and any bridge-course fee are charged separately and are non-transferable. All payments are processed through our payment provider; applicable taxes may apply.
For the founding batches, we collect the second half of the course fee only once you are placed. This guarantee is subject to performance criteriathat you agree to at enrolment, which include (without limitation): attending the programme and meeting attendance requirements; completing assessments, projects, and the capstone to the required standard; participating in placement preparation and interviews in good faith; and accepting a qualifying role that meets the agreed criteria. “Placed” means an external placement, or an in-network placement across the Bhaskar, Adaptiv, Chhaon, and School network, on terms confirmed clearly at enrolment. The guarantee does not apply where these criteria are not met, and the specific criteria applicable to your batch form part of your enrolment agreement.
The 30-day bridge course is a preparatory programme and is offered separately. Completion of the bridge course does not guarantee admission to a main track and does not carry the placement guarantee unless expressly stated in writing.
Entrance exam and bridge-course fees are non-refundable. Any refund of tuition on withdrawal is governed by the refund schedule set out in your enrolment agreement. We may withdraw a place or terminate participation for breach of these terms or our code of conduct.
You agree to engage respectfully with peers, mentors, partners, and staff, to act with academic and professional integrity, and to comply with the policies of the campus you attend. Harassment, dishonesty, or conduct that endangers others may result in removal from the programme.
Course materials, curriculum, and brand belong to the School and its licensors and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Work you create during the programme remains yours, subject to any licence you grant us to showcase it (for example, on demo day or in our portfolio).
We process your personal data to run admissions, the programme, and placements, and in line with our privacy practices. We do not sell your personal data.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated directly. Questions about these terms can be sent to titash@adaptiv.me.
